- one plus 9R doesn't have a plastic frame. it has an alluminium frame just like 8t. the Normal one plus 9 actually has a plastic frame and it costs 50k. also, 9R is better than 8T and cheaper as well. so automatically 9R is better than both 8t as well as 9. so think before you speak
